International Yoga Day 2024 celebrated at Amrit Sarovar site Chowki of Block Chowki Choura,Jammu.The programme was organised by RDD Block Chowki Choura.
SDM Chowki Choura Mukhtiyar Lone JKAS presided over the programme in presence of BDO Chowki Choura Tasleem Wani JKAS,Tehsildar Chowki Choura Parmod Kumar,I/C Police Post Chowki Choura Sub Inspector Pankaj Katoch and various other officers.
A professional Yoga group from Yoga Centre Kaneri was called in the programme who then conducted various activities of Yoga and raised awareness regarding the importance of Yoga in day to day life especially with regard to its importance in one’s physical and mental health.X PRIs,Officials of various Departments and public in large number participated in the programme.
