The 27th Akhand Jyoti celebration in Manwal commenced with immense fervor and enthusiasm, marking a significant event for the region. The festivities began with the ceremonial dispatch of the sacred flame (Jyoti) from Manwal, symbolizing unity and devotion among the community.
The auspicious moment of lighting the Akhand Jyoti was graced by Mr. Ranbir Singh Pathania, MLA Udhampur East, who performed the ceremony with great reverence. In his address,
Pathania emphasized the importance of this celebration as a beacon of hope and togetherness for the community. He highlighted how such events not only strengthen our cultural roots but also foster a spirit of cooperation and harmony among diverse groups.

The sacred flame was subsequently sent to the revered Mansa Devi Mandir in Kakrai, continuing the tradition and spirit of the celebrations.
