Four employees of Jammu and Kashmir Bank were today killed when their vehicle collided with a bus coming from the opposite direction in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
The employees were on their way to Pathankot from Jammu for duty when their Swift car met with the accident at Sodhi Resort in Kathua district this morning, a police

officer said.
Their bodies have been recovered and sent for postmortem, he said. They would be handed over for last rites after the completion of all medical and legal formalities, the officer said.
A case has been registered and bus has been seized, he said, adding that further investigation is on.
eanwhile, Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief and shock over the death of four employees of JK Bank who were killed in a road accident on Jammu-Pathankote highway in Barnoti area of Kathua district today.
The Chief Minister has conveyed her sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the departed souls.

The Finance Minister while expressing anguish over the death of the bank employees prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls. He also expressed solidarity with the bereaved families and the management of the Bank over the tragic loss.
