Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar, Manoj Kumar today convened a comprehensive review meeting to assess the status of the court cases, disposal of public complaints, grievances & representations received from different quarters.
The ACD emphasized timely disposal of grievances and complaints and directed all the concerned officers to ensure prompt and factual action in each case.
He further underlined the importance of maintaining transparency and accountability in grievance redressal.
Later, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of flagship schemes including MGNREGS and PMAY-G were thoroughly discussed. The ACD highlighted the need for improved field monitoring, timely completion of works and accurate data reporting on official portals.
He advised field functionaries to work in a coordinated manner to achieve physical and financial targets while ensuring quality implementation of all rural development initiatives across the district.
The meeting was attended by Er. Satbir Singh, Executive Engineer, REW Kishtwar, BDOs of District Kishtwar, AAOs and other concerned officers.
