Adbi Kunj organized a literary meet here today. This poetic meet was presided over by a prominent Punjabi Singer S. Harjit Singh Uppal while renowned poetess Smt. Santosh Shah Nadan was the special guest of the meet where as singer Ved Uppal conducted the proceeding of the meet.
In his welcome address, Sham Talib President of the organization threw detailed light on the art of ghazal writing and various aspects of the ghazal.
On the occasion, a detailed discussion was held on the creations (Ghazal) presented by various poets of different languages.
The poets who participated in the discussion included S. Harjit Singh Uppal (Punjabi) Aarash Dalmotra (Dogri) Bashir-Ul-Haq (Urdu) Santosh Nadan (Hindi) Kalu Ram Salgotra (Dogri) Ved Uppal (Punjabi) and Sham Talib.
Adbi Kunj also held a session on “April Fool Day” in which various literary and other cultural personalities recited their jokes.
The meet was come to end with the vote of thanks by Aarash Dalmotra Chairman Adbi Kunj J&K, Jammu.
