JAMMU, June 01:
Hosted by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) ‘C’ Licence Certificate Football Coaching Course stated today at Srinagar. The course shall conclude on June 13.
The course is being held under the guidance of All India Football Federation (AIFF) for eligible individuals of the country. Those registered 24 eligible candidates included 17 from J&K, a handout issued by the JKFA here today informed.
Those candidates who qualify the course shall be awarded AIFF ‘C’ Coaching Certificate and ultimately become eligible to appear for Asian Football Confederation (AFC) ‘B’ Licence Coaching course. The AFC ‘B’ course shall be conducted by the AIFF in near future.
Instructor for AFC-License Course, Caetano Pinho from Goa has been deputed by AIFF as its Instructor-cum Examiner while Intikhab Alam (NIS Coach) from J&K has been appointed as Coordinator.
