Ajaz Jan, Former MLA Provincial President of JKNC Youth, today expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people of the entire Pir Panjal for their overwhelming participation in the recently conducted Lok Sabha polls.
Addressing media persons here today, the senior NC leader highlighted the significance of this participation as a testament to the democratic spirit of the region.
Ajaz Jan particularly commended the first-time voters who turned out in large numbers, demonstrating their enthusiasm and commitment to shaping the future of the nation. “The participation of first-time voters is not just a statistic but a symbol of hope and a bright future for our democratic processes. Their active involvement is commendable and sets a strong foundation for the vibrant democracy we all strive for,” Jan stated.
In his address, Jan also lauded the efforts of the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the civil administration for conducting the elections smoothly and efficiently. He noted that their meticulous planning and execution ensured that the voting process was fair, transparent, and accessible to all eligible voters.
“The Election Commission of India and our civil administration deserve our deepest appreciation for their dedication and hard work in facilitating such a well-organized electoral process. Their role was crucial in upholding the integrity of our democratic exercise,” he added.
Furthermore, Ajaz Jan extended his gratitude to the party cadre for their unwavering support and efforts in facilitating a smooth election process. He acknowledged the significant role they played in mobilizing voters, raising awareness about the importance of voting, and ensuring that the election day was conducted without any major hitches.
“Our party cadre has shown exceptional commitment and resilience. Their dedication to the democratic process and to our party’s values has been inspiring,” Jan remarked.
Looking ahead, Jan urged the party workers and supporters to prepare for the upcoming Assembly elections with the same zeal and dedication.
