In press conference Mr. Brij Mehra Thanked the Prime Minister Sh. NARENDRA moDi & Home Minister Sh. AMIT SHAH for abrogation of Article 370 & 35A. By abrogating Aritcie 370. The people of OBC community especially Kashyap sa–)n-iaj feels very happy & welcomes the decision of central govt. Samaj feels independence now .because of Article 370 deprived all the rights of OBC people. This article was a big hurdle for C.)BC community’s developement. It is now requested to central govt. as well state govt. of J&K to implement the Mandal report in toto by virtue of which 27% reservation to OBC shad be implemented in our state. It was also demanded that to protect the identity of Dogras, Culture & land. Article 371 & 372 may kindly be implemented. In this press conference Gorkhas, Valmikis & west Pakistani refugees were also congratulated, who faced very hardships due to the presence of Article 370. The Media fraternity was also requested to kindly highlight the problems & Genuine demands of Kashyap Biradri & down trodden people . The following were also present in the press conference. S/Sh.
