Concluding conclave in 2019 shall be held on 28th December, 2019 at Jammu where all District Committees shall be bound to attend the conclave with district reports on the working of district Panthers Party which shall be conceded by the Secretariat of the NPP.
The Panthers Party district Committees are issued notice in this regard. All the District Presidents of Jammu & Kashmir NPP are urged to attend the concluding general meet of the Panthers Party as the JKNPP shall be reorganizing the Secretariat and its Working Committee before March 23rd, 2020 as per the Constitution of the Party.
The General Secretaries of the Panthers Party shall get in touch with respective districts they have been looking after. All District General Secretaries may seek further advice/instructions from the Chairman/President within this week about the formalities for conducting the State Convention of the NPP in 2019. The State President is the requested to hold the meeting of the Secretariat and involve the entire Secretariat in the process of convening the last session of the Party in 2019.
Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party has conveyed to the Chairman and the President the urgency to hold the concluding session of the present Secretariat and the Working Committee on 28th of December, 2019, the Saturday at Jammu. The Secretariat shall arrange the venue of the meeting. They are requested to appoint an Organizing Committee to hold this important session at the State & district level. Every Member of the Working Committee may be requested to deposit a minimum subscription of Rs. 5,000/- each for organizing this historic session at Jammu.
All the Members of the Working Committee from Jammu & Kashmir shall be invited to attend.asaas
