All J&K PHE ITI Trained CP workers and Land donors Association held massive protest rally for regularization and pending wages at Jammu. The protest was led by Tanveer Hussain (President All J&K PHE ITI trained, CP workers and land Donors Association). Thousands of daily wager sincluding Deepak Gupta (V.President), Subhash Rakwal (Gen Secy) etc participated in the rally.
Addressing the leadership during the protest Tanveer Hussain (State President) said that it is very shameful that daily wagers are on roads for their wages since last one week but none of the administrator from the department have shown his concern for genuine issues.
He said government failed to keep their promise of releasing salary on EID, Raksha Bandan and Diwali. He said that they have given so many ultimatums to government but nothing has been done so far. He said that everyone need wages to do work, we and our families are starving but department has no seriousness towards our issues, he added.
Tanveer said that government should immediately release all the pending wages of the daily wagers without any delay. He demanded that government should release all salaries. He further strongly criticized government for delaying their regularization process.
