Artist Suvigya Sharma who has some fantastic artworks of many celebs and other famous personalities to his credits recently made a portrait of Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma.
It was being reported that he asked by the couple to make it in his own way. The reports further stated that the artist sent the final picture to the celebrity couple, and informed them of the idea behind the artwork and also sent a magnifying glass so they can check the detailing.
However, now, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s spokespersons have released a joined statement which contradicts Suvigya’s claims. The statement read, “We would like to bring to your attention that artist Suvigya Sharma has not been commissioned by either Virat Kohli or Anushka Sharma to make any painting featuring them. Virat and Anushka have never spoken to the artist too on the same. We request you to kindly abstain from carrying any article regarding the painting in question.”
They may be separated by distance but Anushka Sharma and hubby Virat Kohli make it a point to shower each other with all the love and support every day.
The actress, who is currently in the United States of America, shooting for her upcoming film ‘Zero’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif took to Instagram and shared an adorable post, encouraging husband Virat Kohli and his team for their forthcoming T-20 matches. The photo sees Anushka posing with a t-shirt that has “Virat Kohli” printed on it with the number “18”. She captioned the click as, “Come on boys??????”.
Well, isn’t this an adorable way to show love and support to your hubby?
It was Anushka Sharma’s birthday yesterday – her first after her marriage to Indian team captain Virat Kohli, and he made sure it was every bit special. While he had wished her early in the day, calling her the most honest and positive person along with a picture, the two later went on a movie date to catch a screening of ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ along with Virat’s T20 team.
But, what made it all the special was the cricketer dedicating his team’s win to his wife as a “small gift.” He said, “My wife is here, and it’s her birthday. This was a little gift for her. It was very important to achieve these two points in front of her.” With a section of cricket lovers trolling Anushka by calling her a bad omen, this comes as a sweet gesture by the global icon.
Later, Anushka called it a day by sharing a romantic picture and note, thanking her husband for the memorable day. She said, “Best birthday with the bestest, kindest, bravest man in the world. Love you for making it so special my love!”
Looking at their happy faces, it sure looked like a happy birthday, indeed.
