As part of the fortnight-long program celebrating the 9th Ayurveda Day, an awareness lecture on “Ayurveda and Nutrition” was organized at Trikuta Degree College and Trikuta College of Paramedical Sciences.
The lecture, delivered by Dr. Sakshi Sharma, Medical Officer from Polyclinic Kaluchak, emphasized the role of Ayurveda in promoting health through balanced nutrition.
In conjunction with the lecture, a medical camp was held on the same day, where students were provided medical consultations by Dr. Vikas Koul, Medical Officer.
Free medicines were distributed to the students during the camp.
Mrs. Sunita Magotra, Principal of Trikuta Degree College, along with the Principal of Trikuta College of Paramedical Sciences, praised the efforts of the Directorate of Ayush for its initiatives in fostering health and wellness within the community through such programs.
