Ayushmann Khurrana has now bagged another big film with a new genre and has started the preps for the film. Reportedly, Ayushmann Khurrana will go through an extensive physical transformation as the actor will be playing the role of a cross-sectional athlete in the sports drama film.Directed by ‘Kedarnath’ fame Abhishek Kapoor, the film is yet-untitled and also stars Vanni Kapoor. This is the first time when Ayushmann and Vaani will be seen together on the big screen. The film will go on floors in October 2020 and will be released in 2021.As per sources, “It is now certain that Ayushmann is hiding his look. He is purposely being elusive on social media because he doesn’t want anyone to get a glimpse of his transformation before he starts shooting. Since he plays a cross-functional athlete for the first time, Ayushmann will have to change his body type completely and that first look is definitely a big visual for everyone to catch hold off,” Vaani Kapoor will also be seen in Ranjit M Tewar’s Bell Bottom, a spy-thriller film that also stars Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi, and Lara Dutt in the lead roles. The film is set to be released on 2 April 2021.
