Bali Bhagat, a senior BJP leader and former minister today addressed a series of impactful meetings in the Amritsar North assembly constituency to garner support for Taranjeet Singh Sandu, BJP candidate contesting for the Amritsar Lok Sabha constituency.
During his speeches, Bali Bhagat highlighted the transformative measures undertaken by the Modi government, particularly the historic abrogation of Article 370, which has brought significant positive changes to the region of Jammu and Kashmir. He underscored the government’s commitment to development and progress, emphasizing how these bold decisions have reshaped the socio-political landscape of the region for the better.
Expressing his confidence in the BJP’s vision and leadership, the former minister stated that the Party is poised to set new benchmarks in the upcoming Punjab Lok Sabha elections. He underscored PM Modi’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to the nation’s advancement across various sectors.
He cited transformative policies and initiatives undertaken during PM Modi’s tenure that have significantly impacted the lives of millions of Indians, fostering economic growth, infrastructure development, and social welfare.
Addressing meeting of Polling Booth presidents in Amritsar North Assembly Constituency, Bali Bhagat asked them to strengthen Party’s base at booth level to ensure resounding victory in the ensuing Lok Sabha battle. He asked them to strengthen the organization from the booth-level, and reach out to prospective voters from all segments and age-groups. He asked the booth level workers to disseminate information about Modi government’s flagship schemes among the common masses so that doubts if any can be warded off timely leaving no scope for the opposition parties to take undue benefits by swaying people by misleading them.
The former minister emphasized that it is important to bring the voter to the polling booth and efforts should be made by the party workers to meet this challenge with utmost ease through strong resolve and conviction. He said that ground level workers are the real ambassadors of the party as their efforts can prove to be the game changer especially to get favourable results in elections.
Bali Bhagat appealed to the people of Amritsar to ensure maximum participation on June 1 polling in favour BJP Candidate Taranjeet Singh Sandu while endorsing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s candidacy for a third term to sustain the nation’s progress.
Later, the senior BJP leader Bali Bhagat interacted with famous film star Preeti Sapru Ji and discussed about formulating the policies and programmes of BJP in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls.
