Sewa Singh Bali, State General Secretary Panthers Trade Union showed anguish over the exploitation of SPOs and daily wagers. Bali demanded to the govt. frame a regularization policy of SPOs and demand to release the pending salary of SPOs. Bali said that JKNPP already put this matter in front of Director Finance Home Minister and Principal Secretary Home department during the last meeting, he ensured that the said case has been solved under receipt no. Home/RC/19/3040 dated 26.02.2019. Bali said JKNPP submitted the petition in front of PMO regarding SPOs and daily wagers, PMO directed to the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of J&K regarding this issue No. PMOPG/D/2018/0426262. Bali alleged that but the govt. of J&K not take serious concern over the PMO direction.
Sewa Singh Bali also highlighted the worst & poor condition of road Batro, Kahawara, Dhardhai, Dhanmasta, Ronigam, Bingara, Chamal, Sharwadhar and link road from Ukrhal to Bingara to Kundhal Upper Phagmulla, Likrala Paithati, Adhal to Kote and Panchal to Govt. school.
He said JKNPP many times raise the voice through protest in front of concerned department against the poor road connectivity. He said that Chief Secretary J&K Govt. recommended the said matter with Deputy Commissioner Ramban for construction of said road. Bali alleged that till date nothing is happened on the ground level.
Bali appealed to the Governor of J&K, Shri Satya Pal Malik look into the matter and take step forward the solve the genuine issue of SPOs/Daily Wagers including PHE, PDD, PWD, CPW, Cook in Education Department & NRHM. He also demanded to the Governor to look into the worst condition of said road and gave direction to the concerned department to immediate construction of said road.
