Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Chairman of Legal Aid Committee, J&K described the UN Report this morning calling Human Rights violation in J&K accusing United Nations CIA controlled loby as an agency of a group of countries which have been hostile to India as a nation. NPP Supremo reminded the United Nations to read the Charter of the United Nations itself and then read the Resolutions of the Security Council of UN, it cleared in 1948. The Security Council itself had directed Pakistan to vacate all occupied areas of J&K which it had illegally and in violation of UN Charter occupied in 1947 after J&K acceded to the Union of India following the India’s Independence Act of British Parliament. Pakistan had violated the Act besides Pakistan violated the Charter of the United Nations. The State of J&K acceded to the Union of India and had requested Union of India to send its forces for the protection of the people of J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh further described the statement on behalf of the Foreign Ministry questioning the intent of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India in accepting the Accession of the State with the rest of the country. Prof.Bhim Singh accused RSS sponsored government in New Delhi for misleading the new generation and the media on the facts and the international law relating to the State of Affairs vis-à-vis J&K. He accused the present government led by Shri Narendra Modi for putting a black cover on the failure of his government in the past four years in reference to the State of Affairs vis-à-vis J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh questioned Modi government why this government in four years period has not uttered a word regarding the status of ‘Gilgit-Baltistan’ which was invaded by Pakistan after the ceasefire was signed and which has been illegally and in violation of the UN Charter annexed by Pakistan’s military government as fifth province of Pakistan. What is the reason for Modi government to keep silent and even today keeping quite on this grave violation of UN Charter and the Resolution of the Security Council which it passed on August 13, 1948 when Gilgit-Baltistan were under India’s control. Pakistan was illegal occupation of ‘Mirpur-Muzaffrabad’ a territory measuring 4600 sq. miles which Pakistan is still under control. The United Nations which is shouting today against India should also answer this question what action UN has taken against Pakistan or not implementing UN Resolution on August 13, 1948. Is it not the United Nations which is under the control of so-called Big Powers responsible for the present State of Affairs prevailing in the Northern State of India, Jammu and Kashmir? When the people of J&K are accusing the Big Powers for the miseries and present situation in J&K. The Panthers Party is also asking the Govt. (governments) of India why this government has not extended all constitutional rights to the people of J&K which are boldly mentioned in the Constitution of India. What the Govts. of India including the present government of Narendra Modi has done for the implementation of the UN Resolutions which had called Pakistan to vacate all Indian territories comprising of nearly 84000 sq. miles of territories including POK as well as Gilgit & Baltistan which stand under the illegal control of the Army of Pakistan.
