BJP MLA from Jasrota constituency Monday visited Ghatti , Bhallar, Pandrad , Nannan and Parnannan areas of Jasrota constituency to express his gratitude to the party high command, local leadership and all party bearers and people of Jasrota constituency for their wholehearted support to ensure his victory in Jasrota constituency. Sarpanch Nikku Sarpanch Rekha Devi , Kumar Mangalm ,JP Singh, Sarpanch Bandhna , Vijay Chairman , Deepak Singh , Billu , Sat Paul , Vipan , Randeep, Naib Sarpanch Kamal Singh, Panch Sham accompanied Jasrotia during thanks giving programmes.
Speaking on the occasion, Jasrotia said that all the party bearers and ground workers have done commendable job and gave credit of his victory to them in the recently concluded assembly elections.
He described the workers as real strength and backbone of the organization and BJP always committed to keep their moral high, Jasrotia noted. Reiterating his commitment to develop Jasrota as a Model Constituency, Jasrotia said that he will work hard to ensure better facilities to the people with special focus on improving road connectivity, regular drinking water supply, uninterrupted power supply, health facilities, construction of sports infrastructure and other essential services. He said his doors are open for everyone and he is available to people on 24×7 bases as was committed before elections. People can bring their grievances to his notice and he will try to address these on priority, he added.
Maintaining that though the party has got the mandate to sit in opposition, Jasrotia said that BJP will play its constructive role to protect and safeguard the interests of Jammu people and ensure equal treatment to every section of the society. The party will work hard for strengthening communal harmony, mutual brotherhood and promotion of dogra culture and heritage.
The tempo of all round development will continue, he asserted. He promised to focus on the needs of his constituents, stating, “My goal is to uplift the community and work for their development.”
He is confident in keeping the promises made during his campaign and is dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by the Jasrota constituency, ensuring the people’s voices are heard in the legislative assembly. He asserted that the BJP is committed to undoing the decades of “rot” created by Congress and National Conference and steering J&K toward political stability, peace, and progress.He highlighted the abrogation of Article 370 on August 5, 2019, as the start of rectifying the wrongs committed by the Congress and its allies.He challenged the Congress to clarify its stance on this move, especially in light of its alliance with the NC, which continues to oppose the full integration of J&K with India. Jasrotia praised Prime Minister Modi’s vision for a “Naya J&K,” where development is inclusive, free of discrimination and geared toward creating job opportunities through investments.
Jasrotia called on voters to support the BJP in the forthcoming Panchayat and Urban Local Body elections to strengthen the Prime Minister’s efforts to bring complete normalcy and development to J&K. He observed that majority of the population of J&K also approved the development and developmental work of the Central Government and the LG Administration in the UT of J&K and this is also reflected from the manifold increase in the vote share in Kashmir province also.He also greeted BJP workers, who through their untiring support and work and commitment towards the Party, have convinced the public for standing with the principles of BJP of Nation First.Though because of various factors and misleading campaign by National Conference, elections in Kashmir region became one sided and the NC has been in a position to form the Government, Jasrotia maintained that the real victory is with the BJP, which has created electoral history in J&K.
Jasrotia resolved that all the members of the Legislative Assembly belonging to BJP stands committed to work for the people of J&K, particularly for the Jammu region and will not leave any stone unturned to ensure that justice is done to the people of Jammu.All the BJP members of the Legislative Assembly of UT of J&K are ready to stand with commitment of the party and to play the role of effective and vigilant opposition in the Assembly to ensure that no injustice is done to Jammu region by the National Conference government, which is primarily a Kashmir centric dispensation.He also resolved to strengthen the democracy and democratic institutions in J&K and to mitigate the sufferings of the masses by its hard work, honesty and commitment.
