Youth Congress launched ‘ChaloPanchayatAbhiyaan’ today at Suchetgarh and RS Pura with an aim to listen to the grievances of people living in various Panchayats across the State.
Meeting was organized by State General Secretary Mr. Nimrandeep Singh Bhullar . On this occasion, PYC Vice-Presidents PankajBasotra, General Secretary ChetanWanchoo and Secretary BrinderPratapBatyal were also Present Youth Congress launched the campaign Yuva Shakti Card and KisaanMaangPatra for the benefit of the youths and farmers of the State .
While speaking on the occasion, Nimrandeep Singh said that the ‘ChaloPanchayat Abhiyaan’ was introduced with an aim to get connected with the youths and farmers. He said the aim is to cover all the Panchayats before the elections and interact with the youths and farmers to know about their problems. He also said that BJP have ditched the mandate of Jammu region and surrendered the aspirations of people who voted whole heartedly for seeking justice and equality in the State.
“We will touch the people and get to know about their problems probably as part of their strategy before the elections,” Basotra added.
ChetanWanchoo , said that under the ‘ChaloPanchayatAbhiyaan’ the Youth Congress activist listened to the grievances of the famers as well as the youth of the Panchayats. He also criticized the BJP led Government at the Centre for its failure to address the problems being faced by the people residing rural / border areas.
