BJP observes “Trimurti Balidan Diwas” on martyrdom day of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru

BJP Jammu & Kashmir observed “Trimurti Balidan Diwas” on the martyrdom day of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Shaheed Sukhdev Thapar, Shaheed Shivaram Rajguru by organizing various programmes in prominent Chowks and places as it observes the day on March 23 every year to pay respect to youth icons.
Main programme in this regard was observed by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the youth wing of BJP at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina alongwith BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta, J&K BJP Headquarter Incharge & former Minister Priya Sethi, BJYM President Arun Prabhat Singh, former MLA Neelam Langeh, BJP Spokesperson Brig. Anil Gupta, BJP Spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan, BJP Media Incharge Dr. Pardeep Mahotra and other prominent BJP & BJYM leaders paid respect to the youth icons at party headquarter.
Ravinder Raina paid rich tributes to the martyrs who laid their lives for the freedom of the nation. He said that their supreme sacrifices will continue to inspire the generations to come with the spirit of patriotism and service to the Nation and countrymen. “It is a key day in history which destabilized the foundation of tyrant British government giving birth to a line of young revolutionaries and we must pledge on this day to dedicate ourselves in the service of Nation”, Raina said.
Ashok Kaul speaking on the life principles of martyrs, asked the youth to leave the path of drugs and other anti-social elements and contribute to the prosperity of the nation. He called upon the youth to follow the footsteps of great freedom fighters and emphasized the need to devote our lives in the service of motherland which has become more important in today’s time to counter evil designs of anti-National and anti-social forces.
Kavinder Gupta threw light on the life events and said that they made supreme sacrifices of their lives with the sole objective of serving the motherland and ensuring that the generations after them could breathe the air of freedom. He appealed to the parents to imbibe the character of patriotism in the young generation.
Arun Prabhat Singh, saluting the revolutionaries, said that the sacrifices made by them in India’s freedom struggle will always inspire the youth to serve selflessly towards the better interest of the nation. Their sacrifice and courage will forever be remembered by generations to come, he added.
