Citing major surveys, Rattan Lal stated that the INDIA Alliance is poised to secure over 30 seats in the Jammu region alone in the ensuing polls, reflecting the resounding support from the people for a progressive, inclusive, and development-oriented leadership. “Under the historic ‘Land to Tiller’ initiative, the National Conference has always prioritized the welfare of farmers, ensuring that land was distributed to the tillers.
Our commitment to agrarian reforms will continue to guide our policies,” he said, reiterating the NC’s focus on the farming community as well as the general public. The Provincial President emphasised that the National Conference in its poll manifesto has committed to implement the National Food Security Act, ensuring food security for all citizens.
