BJP working on
would be for 5 years”. This, he said, has become possible due to abrogation of Article 370. Dr Jitendra also accused the Congress and the National Conference (NC) of using Article 370 for their own political benefits.
“After revocation of Article 370, 2.5 crore tourists visited J&K,” Dr Jitendra said, while adding, “The politicians who are now demanding its restoration could not come out of their homes earlier but now they enjoy ice-cream at Lal Chowk”.

This vision, he said, “is based on three points i.e democratization of democratic processes, development by exploring undeveloped sectors and governance through self governance”.
The Union Minister also said that the previous governments stalled many projects due to varied reasons. “In 2014, when Modi became the Prime Minister of the country, the projects like Shahpur-Kandi, Rattle Project and some others were started,” Dr Jitendra said, while adding, “Five new power projects have also been started in Kishtwar”.
