Deepika Padukone made a glamorous appearance at the MET Gala event 2018 recently. The actress had worn a red one-shoulder gown with a thigh-high slit by Prabal Gurung. She had completed her whole look with red peep toes and a pair of diamond danglers.
Deepika’s look from the event was liked by everyone but looks like supermodel Karlie Kloss was the one most impressed by Deepika’s look. Karlie took to Instagram and shared a beautiful picture with Deepika along with a sweet caption. Karlie wrote “So much love for this lady @deepikapadukone!”
Deepika was also touched by this gesture and she replied to her with an invitation to visit India. Deepika took to Twitter and wrote “right back at you KK!!!??now, when do we host you in India!??????? @karliekloss ”
Interestingly, Karlie was even seen bonding with Priyanka Chopra at the event. The duo had shared bathroom selfies with Tiffany Haddish.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in ‘Padmaavat’. Post this movie, she was scheduled to shoot for her film with Vishal Bhardwaj and Irrfan Khan. But due to the actor’s ill-health, the film has been currently put on hold.

On the work front, Parineeti has two other projects lined up for 2018- one is ‘Kesari’ with Akshay Kumar and another film with Arjun Kapoor.
The makers of Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer ‘Namaste England’ recently revealed the new release date of the film. The movie which was slated to hit the screens on December 7, will now release on Dussehra, which is on October 19. This move was apparently done to avoid a clash with Ajay Devgn’s ‘Total Dhamaal’. But even after this Arjun Kapoor’s film will still have to battle with Ajay’s film.
Directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, ‘Namaste England’ will narrate the journey of two young individuals from Punjab to England, meshed together due to love. On the other hand, Ajay Devgn’s untitled film is written and produced by Luv Ranjan.
Last night Madhuri Dixit had held a special screening of her upcoming Marathi film ‘Bucket List’. Many Bollywood celebrities like Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter were present at the screening.
After the film’s screening, Varun took to Twitter and wrote, “Everyone has a bucket list and you inspired us to have one!! All the best Madhuri maam”.
part from this he even took to Instagram and posted a story in which he shared a photo of him along with his ‘Kalank’ co-stars Alia Bhatt and Madhuri Dixit. On the picture, he wrote “With my very cool co star @madhuridixitnene. Catch Bucket List fast and @aliaabhatt my first co star whose also a high rated gabru”.
Madhuri Dixit, Alia Bhatt, and Varun Dhawan are all set to feature together in Karan Johar’s ‘Kalank’. Apparently, Madhuri will be playing a dance teacher to Alia Bhatt in the film. Directed by Abhishek Varman,’Kalank’ the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sanjay Dutt. The film is likely to hit the screens on April 19, 2019.
