IkkJutt Jammu today demanded a high level probe into the Jihadi connections of former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti. Her connections with terrorist organisations operating in the state have been testified by no less than two former RAW chiefs of the country.
IkkJutt Jammu also urged J&K Governor to hand over the Rasana case of alleged rape and murder to CBI to unearth the Jihadi linkages of the crime as well as malicious conspiracy hatched to defame the Hindus of Jammu. Mehbooba Mufti personally supervised and spearheaded the campaign of calumny and abuse launched against the People of Jammu.
Addressing a press conference here today, Chairman IkkJutt Jammu Ankur Sharma, Advocate said that Mehbooba Mufti has desperately tried to pit Gujjar and Bakkarwal Muslims against Hindus of Jammu and sought to use them in the Jihadi demographic war.
He said that malicious designs of Mehbooba Mufti are understood by all segments of society in Jammu province and they will not allow her to succeed in creating communal trouble in Jammu.
Ridiculing Mehbooba Mufti’s Minority formulation, Ankur Sharma said that in J&K it is not the Muslims but Hindu, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Christians constitute minorities. This fact has even been stamped by the Supreme Court of India in PIL No. 489/2016 titled Ankur Sharma V. Union of India and Ors. Despite this, Mehbooba Mufti ‘s reference to Muslims as minorities exposes her fanaticism and bigotry.
IkkJutt Jammu described Mehbooba Mufti as a frontline Jihadi instrument to subvert the democratic set up in Jammu by using it from within and outside to Islamise the entire state.
“Mehbooba Mufti during her tenure as CM of the state took decisive steps to run the state throwing the Constitution into dust bin. She pushed the Muslim State of Jammu and Kashmir to become an Islamist State,” said IkkJutt chairman.
February 14, 2018 order of Mehbooba Mufti was a glaring example of suspending the constitution and running the state in a Jihadi way, he said, and added that IkkJutt Jammu rejects outright Mehbooba Mufti’s opposition to the move to bring the adjoining areas of Jammu under the jurisdiction of the Jammu Municipal Corporation and similar other competent authorities so that no one is able to grab the state land, the forest land and even the private land.
Sharma claimed that it is a known fact that her father was involved in organising communal orgy and assault against Hindus living in South Kashmir in 1986 and she has only taken her malicious Muslim communal agenda to new sinister dimensions after entering politics.
Ankur Sharma said that Agenda of IkkJutt Jammu is very clear and it wants demographic invasion of Jammu to be stopped immediately. IkkJutt Jammu wants the forests, agricultural lands, river beds and mountain lands as well as state lands illegally occupied and captured by the accomplices of the Jihadi demographic war to be vacated immediately.
“Getting vacated all these lands is the IkkJutt Jammu’s commitment to the nation. IkkJutt Jammu will take rest only after realising this goal,” declared Ankur Sharma.
IkkJutt urges J&K Governor SP Malik to grant Minority Status to Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians and Jains and immediately withdraw the illegal Feb 14, 2018 order which constituted a total negation of the Criminal Procedure Code/Ranbir Penal Code and Prevention of Cruelty Against Animals Act” and further added that “these orders were nothing but an officially sponsored move to change demography of all strategic locations in the Jammu Province in general and that of Kathua, Samba, Jammu and Udhampur districts in particular.
IkkJutt Jammu understood Mehbooba Mufti’s whole sinister game plan and that was the primary reason that it took in its own hand the issue of great national import.
At the same time, IkkJutt Jammu expressed its deep concern over the indifferent attitude of the Jammu-based political leaders to the challenges being posed by Jihadis in and outside the political establishment to the national security and Jammu’s demography.
