We’re in the thick of a squelching summer, right in the middle of a mostly lethargic, unhappy and seemingly unending lockdown, but a peek into Twinkle Khanna’s garden will wipe out the misery in any heart. The author and actress recently posted a picture of her green outdoors on Twitter, complete with a six-seater wooden garden-table surrounded by fallen frangipani flowers.
The picturesque, lush and verdant piece of land, complementing an azure pool, with well-maintained trees and shrubs all around — lends a sense of easy peace.
Against the serene picture, Twinkle wrote, “I’m inordinately clumsy and butterfingers could be my middle name, but my thumb is a spectacular green. Can’t cook, can’t dance, can’t even make small talk but give me a tiny piece of land and I will give it so much love that it can’t help but love me back. #BrownGirlWithAGreenThumb (sic).”
