Bahujan Samaj Party Jammu and Kashmir held a meeting under the Chairmanship of Sh. S.R. Majotra, State President BSP J&K, which was attended by prominent workers of the party. In the meeting the Mr. Majotra stressed on the need to visit door to door to aware the masses and apprise them regarding policies and programs of the Party for the welfare and protection of the rights of the poor peoples of the Jammu and Kashmir. Mr. Majotra demanded for the implementation of the Central Laws to the Jammu and Kashmir providing welfare/relief to SC/ST/OBC and poor people of the State. Mr. Majotra further demanded implementation of the Central reservation policies/ laws to Jammu and Kashmir by abrogating J&K reservation Act, 2004 and J&K Reservation Rules, 2005.
By influence of the policies and programs of the Party and National President, Behan Kumari Mayawati Ji Mr. Raghubir Singh, Advocate Neha Kour along with their supporters joined the Bahujan Samaj Party to strengthen the party in J&K.
All the party workers, Leaders and Supports of BSP are requested to attend the Parinirvan Divas (Death Anniversary) of the MANAYER KANSHI RAM Ji founder of BSP on 9th of Oct. 2019 at Party Head-quarter, Satwari Jammu.
Other who attended the meeting Charanjit Chargotra, Vice President, Pritam Chand, R.K. Thappa and Ex-MLA Som Nath, General Secretaries, Pawan Kundal Advocate, Hari Chand Thappa, Sardar Raja Singh Ji Cashier, Yashpal Bhagat Ex President, Shashi Thappa Advocate District President Samba, Rajni Bhagat and Gourav District Presidents Jammu A&B respectively, Bharat Bhushan Kundal, Tilak Raj Bhagat, and many others were also present in the meeting.
