A bus filled with pilgrims, bearing the registration number JK02AN 4971, caught fire under mysterious circumstances while traveling on the Jammu-Katra road near Bayin Nala.
Fortunately, all the pilgrims were able to deboard the bus in time, and no injuries have been reported. Eyewitnesses noted that the fire started suddenly, leading to a swift evacuation. Emergency services responded promptly to extinguish the flames and ensure the area was safe. “The bus suddenly caught fire, and we quickly evacuated. It was a terrifying experience, but thankfully, everyone is safe,” said the bus driver Local authorities, fire services, and police rushed to the scene, extinguishing the blaze and ensuring passenger safety. Police have launched an investigation into the cause of the fire.
