CII organised a session on Skill Saathi with GKITR for girl students

CII in association with GKITR organised a Session on Skill Saathi: Career Counselling Towards a Bright Future for the students of Government Girls High School (GGHS), Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. The objective of the session aims to create Awareness about the Skill India Mission and inform the youth about vocational education and its opportunities. Mr Rajesh Sharma, Chairman CII J&K State Council appreciated the efforts of CII and GKITR for conducting such awareness module and Skill Assessment Test for the students help them identify their core strengths and hence build their career path around that. Mr Sharma added that more such sessions could also be organised in other Educational institutes and centres. Ms Ankita Gaur and Mr Raghav Sharma from GK Institute of Training & Research facilitated Psychometric Testing and Face-To-Face Counselling Interventions to create an individual-level impact to guide aspirants to make the right choice of training and subsequent employment/entrepreneurship. Mr Ramesh Khajuria, Principal Incharge of Government Girls High School, applauded the initiative by CII for helping and guiding the aspirants to make the right choice about their suitable career based on their aptitude through self-assessments tests.
