JAMMU, May, 13:
On the directions of Directorate of HG, CD and SDRF J&K, 05 days Civil Defence basic training programme was started at Soil Conservation Training School Miran Sahib, Jammu under the supervision of Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu. In the training camp 42 Trainees are going to attend the basic training.
The said training will be given by the Civil Defence Experts on the knowledge of First Aid, prevention, management and control of Fire Fighting, Snake bite, Choking and other basic life saving technique and preventive measures during the natural/ manmade disaster.
On the occasion .R. Vijay Magotra, Dy. Chief Warden Civil Defence, Jammu delivered a lecture on Civil Defence Disaster Management and highlighted the role of Civil Defence and importance of this training in our daily life.
Neha Mehta Principal training School appreciated and thanked the Civil Defence team for organizing such training programme. Rakesh Verma Range Office, Sh. Rajesh Slalia, Range officer and other staff of the School also present on the occasion.
