The BJP Government at the Centre will leave no stone unturned for equitable development of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. This is evident from the fact that it is paying focused attention on equitable development besides welfare and prosperity of the people of this traumatized region.This was stated by former Minister and MLA Jasrota constituency Rajiv Jasrotia while interacting with residents at Panchyats Panchayat Bhorthain North & Jakhole. After giving them a patient hearing, he assured to get their grievances addressed at the earliest by taking up the same with the concerned authorities. He appealed to the people to further strengthen the hands of PM Narendra Modi for equitable development of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
On the occasion, Jasrotia inaugurated and started development works worth 25 lacs at Panchayat Bhorthain North including lanes and inauguration of Shiv Mandir Jakhole in presence of BDO Barnoti Dheeraj ,Mandal President Balwant Singh, Sarpanchs Shivdev Singh, Randeep Singh, Joginder Singh, Chagger Singh besides others. Jasrotia meanwhile also paid rich floral tributes to Dr Ambedkar on his birth anniversary at different places. Jasrotia reiterated commitment to emulate the ideology of Ambedkar for the economic uplift of the downtrodden and underprivileged in society,adding PM Modi Govt has implemented several schemes for the empowerment of SCs and STs in the country during its 10 years rule. The BJP-led NDA Government at the Centre has done a lot for welfare of Dalits during its 10-month rule, he said.
Speaking on the occasion, Jasrotia reiterated Bharatiya Janata Party’s commitment to equitable development of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. He said that the Union Government is paying focused attention to Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory and is determined to carry out developmental activities in every nook and corner of this sensitive region.
Former Minister said that Narendra Modi led Government at the Centre has prioritized the overall development of all the areas without any rural-urban or other discrimination. He said that cleanliness is the basic necessity to maintain optimum health of the people living in their area and proper sanitation is inevitable to augment the efforts towards cleanliness. He said that the Government will leave no stone unturned in ensuring the proper sanitation infrastructure like drains, etc along all the lanes and roads.
Jasrotia highlighted the policies and initiatives undertaken by the Modi government in transforming Jammu and Kashmir, emphasizing the substantial progress made in infrastructure development, economic growth, and social upliftment. The government’s efforts in improving connectivity through major projects, and implementing various welfare schemes have significantly contributed to the region’s development, fostering a new era of opportunities and progress for its residents, he added.
Jasrotia said development which took place in J&K under BJP government led by PM Narendra Modi is matchless and every road, street, nook and corner of the UT speaks itself about the remarkable progress which this region has made after BJP took over the rein”, he maintained, adding that people should not shirk to approach BJP leadership for mitigating their problems as the party is always ready to serve people for ameliorating their hardships.
Jasrotia said that the situation in J&K has witnessed 180-degree change after the Modi Government took over the reins of the country because earlier the people were longing for peace and safety of life but today businesses have been flourishing and colossal development is in the offing as every nook and corner is witnessing the execution of new projects with rural areas also moving apace with their urban counterparts.He said that the BJP Government has created a strong pedestal for steering the UT of J&K towards pinnacle of development but the responsibility to make this dream a reality lies on the people, who are the real stakeholders, added Jasrotia.
