Complaint filed with DCP, Sansad Marg against divisive & sensational news broadcast

 A complaint was filed with the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sansad Marg by Rajeev Jolly Khosla, President, Delhi Pradesh National Panthers Party against the YouTube channel, The Live TV, Imphal Times and other news websites, which broadcasted unverified and sensationalised news titled
“GOI APPROVES SEPARATE PASSPORT AND FLAG FOR NAGAS”
Following this principal of understanding, the Nagas will now be allowed to have the liberty of having a separate passport and flag for peaceful co-existence between the two entities soon after the settlement of Indo-Naga issue. Also read Details About Nagaland flag
 
RH Raising, Kilo Kilonser (Home Minister) of NSCN-IM stated that the Government of India has taken cognizance of the Naga issue and is willing to solve it at the earliest. Also read A Naga girl raped by Indian army
 
According to him, Nagas have never been an integral part of India nor did they ever sign any agreement with the Government of India to merge with the Indian Union. He also urged the people to change their concept from individualism and work together to build a stronger Naga Nation.”
 
The said news was also broadcasted in inciting manner by You Tube Channel called The Live TV, which has over 1.5 million subscribers, whose contact details are as follows:
 
A DVD containing a video of the broadcast was handed over along with the complaint. 
 
A bare perusal of the news articles which are available on the links mentioned below, evidence mass broadcast of false narratives challenging the territorial integrity of India and attributes acts amounting to giving up claims over integral parts of India and creating separate constitution, passports, flag and other such state structures in Nagaland, and brings or attempts to bring into hatred or contempt, or excites or attempts to excite disaffection towards, the Government established by law in India and is punishable under Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code.
 
Mr. Khosla emphasized that the false narrative being propagated by the entities mentioned above is an attempt to challenge the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India. He further added that such news reports from unverified sources also have the potential to trigger yet another cycle of discrimination and violence against the students and residents of North-Eastern states working in Delhi.
 
He further cautioned against such sensationalism promoted by the forces keen on dividing the country and its citizens and reiterated that Panthers Party will go from street to the Hon’ble Apex Court against such divisive forces. He was accompanied by Kunwar Onkar Singh Narula, Chairman Human Rights Protection Council and other office bearers of the Party.
