Complete pen down strike for the fourth consecutive day was observed in all the Government Offices/PSU’s/Semi Government Offices across all the District Headquarters of Jammu Division/Kashmir Division including Leh & Kargil on the call given by Babu Hussain Malik, Ravi Singh Bhau & Nazir Ahmad Bhat on behalf of Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh, All Departments Clerical Staff Association to protest against the recent statement of the Finance Minister in a Television interview wherein he has categorically refused to remove the Pay anomalies of Clerical Cadre with the implementation of 7th Pay Commission and the State Government for failing in implementing its agreement of removing the clerical cadre.
