Jammu, 05 Sept:
Congress has lost its relevance and is now considered a spent force, incapable of addressing the needs of the people. The party can offer little more than empty promises and lofty ideals, without any real solutions to uplift the masses. This was asserted by Arvind Gupta, a senior BJP leader and the contesting candidate from the Jammu West Assembly segment, as he intensified his door-to-door campaign in the constituency today. he was accompanied by senior BJP leader Brijesh Gupta, Rajesh Gupta, District General Secretary, Ex Sarpanch Pritipal Singh, Minority Morcha President Harvindar Singh, Mohalla Welfare President Mohan Singh Slathia, Ex Panch Kala Ram, Ex Panch Dinesh Sharma, Trade Cell Convener Anupam Gupta , Shakti Kendra Gurchan Singh, Ajay Anand , Hardev Singh, Indresh Gupta , Ravi Kant Gupta, Prem Gupta, Rakesh Gupta, Kailosho Devi , Adarsh Bala, Snehal Gupta Parbhat Singh, Sunil Sumbria, Beli Ram Sudan, Kamlesh, Parveen, Pamodh Sharma, Ashish Gupta, Amrik Singh, Ravi Khajuria, Anil Suri and Madan Pandey. Arvinder emphasized that the Congress has failed to deliver on its promises and that the people should turn to the BJP, which has consistently proven its dedication to the nation’s development. He lauded the bold decisions made by the BJP-led government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, particularly the historic move to abrogate Article 370, which has significantly changed the landscape of Jammu and Kashmir. He stated that this decisive action has helped the Union Territory escape the vicious cycle of violence and unrest that plagued it for decades. “Before the abrogation of Article 370, the common people of Jammu and Kashmir were trapped in a quagmire of violence, bloodshed, and uncertainty. Now, women, refugees from 1947, the Valmiki Samaj, Pahadis, and other marginalized groups are finally receiving their rightful place in society and living with dignity,” he said. Arvind Gupta pointed out that before 2014, when Congress and its allies were in power, corruption and nepotism were rampant, pushing the people of Jammu and Kashmir against the wall. “Scams were frequent, the state exchequer was being looted, and the poor were becoming poorer. Congress has no moral standing left to claim it can do good for the people,” he remarked.
The senior BJP leader further emphasized that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the country is witnessing a transformative era. “Now, with Modi in command, corrupt elements are scared, the administration has been streamlined, India is on track to becoming the world’s third-largest economy, and our defense system is stronger than ever,” he added.

Arvind appealed to the people to carefully evaluate the achievements of the BJP over the past decade and vote and support him in the upcoming Assembly elections, with the goal of ensuring continued progress and stability for the region.
