Chairman OBC Department Pardesh Congress Committee J&K Advocate Suresh Kumar Dogra today appointed Aditya Dogra S/o Late Vaishno Dutt Dogra R/o Green Belt Park ,Gandhi Nagar Jammu Vice Chairman OBC Department Pardesh Congress Committee for Jammu Province. Prominent among those present on the occasion include former Minister and senior Congress leader Raman Bhalla Suresh Dogra, Aditya Dogra ,Puneet Arora, Parshotam Mehra, Gurpreet Dogra, Raj Kumar and others.Speaking on the occasion, Bhalla said his party is committed to give greater political representation to Other Backward Classes (OBCs) not just within the organization, but also in Parliament and state assemblies. Congress party will give you what your rights are. Wherever you need us, we will be there. We want to bring you in legislative assemblies, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha,” Bhalla said. The Congress will ensure all its party committees will have representation from OBCs.Bhalla added that Congress has stood by the OBCs in the past including on the issues like reservation and will continue to stand by them. He also attacked the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for ‘dividing the OBCs’ so they cannot put forth their demand unitedly.Sh Aditya Dogra thanked the JKPCC President Sh Ghulam Ahmad Mir ji, Vice President Sh Raman Bhalla Ji and OBC Department Chairman Sh Suresh Dogra ji for giving him a chance to serve the people and congress party with more devotion and dedication. He said that his loyalty and services towards the party have been recognized in the party and expressed his gratitude to the Central and State leadership of the Congress party.
