Taking note on the misbehavior of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar with “Babu Lal” the sarpanch of Lopara Dacchan allegedly for abusing and assaulting with him in DC office and registering false case against Babu Lal Sarpanch Panchayat Lopara Daccahan and Ghulam Mohammad Congress Block President Marwah, Congress members led by Senior Congress Leader Raj Kumar Badyal in support of the sarpanches held the protest by blocking the main entrance of the Deputy Commissioner’s office premises and also held a press conference.
While addressing the press conference, Congress leader Raj Kumar Badyal alleged that the officer is habitual of misbehaving the common masses and always tries to suppress the voice of people. People of the kishtwar including the panchayat bodies are feeling suffocated and are in fear that the election under such officer would get malicious and no Free fair election process would get conducted under his supervision.
He claimed that the registration of FIR against the Congress leader is baseless, the reason of registering FIR against him is only that he has spoken truth Deputy front of media regarding the Deputy Commissioner.
Badyal demanded to immediately transfer the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar to ensure the fair conductance of upcoming elections and revert the false cases against the public representatives otherwise the situation would get worse.
Badyal was accompanied by Tariq Mintoo Congress Block President Kishtwar, Ghulam Mohammad Congress Block President Marwah, Ghulam Rasool Sarpanch warwan, Sanjeet Kotwal Counsellor Ward No 2 Kishtwar, Amar Singh PCC Member, Prakash Singh Dadwal State Vice President NSUI, Shakti Kumar District President Congress Sewa Dal , Vijay Kumar Shan , Akshay Goswami Youth Congress Leader, Gulam Hussain Shah Panch Poohie, Sajjad Hussain Ganaie and others.
