J&K Pradesh Congress Vichar Vibhag organised State level interaction program on “Relevance of Mahatma Gandhi And His Philosophy in Present Day Scenerio” at its party headquarters, Sahidi Chowk, Jammu presided over by National Coordinator AICC Vichar Vibhag and former Legislator, Adv. Ashok Sharma.
It was unanimously resolved in the meeting that the Gandian thought and philosophy needs to be taken to ground level which is atmost relevant in today’s scenario. The Gandhian thought has all along unified the country and proved successful for development and prosperity of the society. Gandhi ji’s teachings of truthfulness secularism, brotherhood, love for the down trodden and selfless attitude needs to be imbibed in the society was observed.
Pradesh Congress Vichar Vibhag pledged on the occasion to imbibe Gandian philosophy in the Congress party in latter and spirit and to maintain the age old traditions of brotherhood and fraternity.
