CRPF celebrated its 80th Raising Day across the country. In such an event organized at Group Centre, CRPF, Bantalab Jammu, Shri Bhupendra Singh DIG CRPF J&K Zone HQ started the event by remembering the martyrs of the Force who attained martyrdom in the service of the nation including Pulwama attack and paid tributes to them. Shri Singh appreciated the bravery of these troops and also paid high regards to their martyrdom. During the event, Shri MP Bahuguna DIG, CRPF Jammu Sector HQ and other personnel also paid floral tributes to these martyrs and remembered all the martyrs of the Force who gave supreme
sacrifice in the line of their duty. On this occasion sports activities like volleyball and cricket matches were also organized.
A painting competition was also organized for the children in the camp premises.
The program was organized under the able guidance of Shri S.P Singh, DIG Group Centre, CRPF Bantalab Jammu. During the program, Shri Erdan Ekka Commandant Group Centre CRPF, Bantalab, Shri Dinesh Kumar Deputy Commandant GC CRPF Bantalab and other officers and personnel of the Force were also present.
