KISHTWAR OCT 24:
District Development Commissioner (DDC), Angrez Singh Rana today visited Dool and inspected ongoing testing process of water flow of upcoming Naigadh water supply scheme.
The DDC was informed to that 32 km pipeline has been laid down and the water flow testing work is underway.
The DDC directed concerned executing agency to complete water flow testing work without further loss of time.
On the complaint of laxity shown in laying the water pipeline in Lachdayaram area, the DDC directed the concerned to constitute a committee and conduct in-depth enquiry into the matter.
He stated that the said water Supply Scheme is a dream project of the district which remained hanging since a long due to varied reasons/bottlenecks.
Meanwhile, the DCC also interacted with locals , school going students and asked them to make their surroundings clean and say no to single use plastic.
The officers accompanying DDC Kishtwar were ADDC Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik, Executive Engineer PHE Aman Singh AEE, JE besides others.
