Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh can’t get more dreamy if they wanted to! The duo has given us innumerable reasons, the right reasons, to gush over them since they tied the knot in a picturesque Lake Como wedding and we have been gushing ever since. Be it the way they walk hand-in-hand or flirt on Instagram, #DeepVeer is all kinds of #CoupleGoals. Which is precisely why fans(including us) are waiting with bated breath to see them as husband and wife in Kabir Khan’s ’83. And not just because they have given marriage a good reputation but because they have redefined what being in love means!  In fact, Deepika Padukone in her recent interview with Femina opened up about her inexplicable chemistry with hubby Ranveer Singh and their marriage. She said, “It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made—that we’ve made—in our lives. I feel lucky because it’s like dating, except you get to see a lot more of each other. Marriage also comes with a sense of responsibility, minus the anxiety or that sense of uncertainty when you’re just dating someone, at least in our case. It’s all those lovely, beautiful things, minus the drama.” Yes, that’s how true love looks like! Not just that, Deepika also revealed if she sees any change after getting hitched to Ranveer and added, “I don’t know… perhaps that’s a question you should ask him! I’d like to believe that I’m either the same or I’ve gotten better. But if you ask me what those changes are, I’m not sure. But I do feel a sense of responsibility. It’s nice to have a partner to share your day and life with—someone you can talk to about anything. This companionship is what keeps me grounded.” Talking about ’83, Ranveer will step into the shoes of Kapil Dev who is fondly remembered as the Haryana Hurricane. Deepika will portray Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Bhatia Dev in the film. DeePee is the most recent addition to the film which is scheduled to release in theatres on 10th April 2020. ’83 is a biopic based on the life of former Indian skipper Kapil Dev and also narrates the story of India’s historic win at the coveted World Cup in 1983.
