Dharmarth trust employees Association held protest demonstration in 2nd day and the protest shall be continue till the demands will be satisfied in front of Shri Raghunath Ji Temple Jammu under the banner of Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh in support of their genuine long pending demands and against the doctorial/ adamant attitude of the trust management in which employees from various units of the trust such as Shri Raghunath ji Mandir ,Hari Bhawan Purmandal, Uttar Behani ,Birpur central office Karan Bhawan participated employees alleged that instead of trust management hold talks negotiation to settled the long pending demands of the employees they suspended the Association President ,General secretary and other office bearer with mala fide intensions to harass, victimise and crush the trade union activities which is unfair labour practice on the part of trust management which has created strong resentment ,discontentment among low paid employees . Association further alleged that Secretary Dharmarth trust suspended 5 no employees of the trust on the plea that these employees participated in undesirable activities and used unparliamentarily language against Chairman trustee and trust management and malign the reputation of the trust which is incorrect, baseless, manipulated and denied by the employees vide written reply submitted on 12.11.2020 and on 16.11.2020 employees Association also write a letter to secretary Dharmarth trust to withdraw the suspension of the employees and allow them to work on their place of duty and hold talks negotiation with employees representatives to settled the long pending demands, but trust management fails to do so employees demanding withdraw of suspension order of 5 no employees pay scale at par with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi shrine board employees release of one month pay as bonus ,release of 15%D A instalment implementation of ESI scheme , President Vivek Bandral and General Secretary Sh. Suneet Sharma alleged that trust management is responsible for making trust financial week due to their mise-management and wrong policies the trust management is responsible for selling multy kanals lands ,shops ,Yatri Niwas and Buildings attached with about 115 temples of the trust employees Assoc iation submitted details facts of mise-management and mise-appropration of trust funds to secretary Dharmarth trust for conducting inquiry and if trust management disagree with these facts of mis-management then they should recommend the same list to CBI Jammu wing for inquiry so that trooth comes out Sh.Subash Verma State President Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh Sh.Ashok choudhary General Secratary ,Sh.Harbans Choudhary Voice President urged to H”nable Lt.Governor Sh.Manoj Sinah to merged all Dharmath temples with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji shrine board for proper development of Dharmarth temples which is very un-highgenic condition and also constitute independent commission to conduct audit for the temples property as the person having control on Dharmarth trust used the funds and trust machinery for their personal and political benifts which results trust going financial week day by day as their is no fair administration ,Shri Raghunath ji Mandir Sewa sammitti also demanded constitution of public board for all temples under Dharmarth trust and support the employees demands Sh Shri Surjeet Singh ,Sh.Parshotam Sharma, Sh.Ram Paul Sharma Sh.Rajinder Sharstri sh.Jagjeet chand Sh.Anil Sharma, Balwant Shatari ,Harbans Shastari, Madan Sharma Pt. Jeeven Kumar , Sh .Kundan Lal Subash Shastri, Sh Rakesh Shastari ,Smt .Rekha Devi ,Bandana devi, Madam Handa, Sh Vimal Khajuria Sh. Bablu Kumar ,Pt. Ashwani Kumar, Sh. Sat Paul Pandit Sh. Sagar Singh and Sh. Bhikham Singh also address the employees.
