The ongoing agitation of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association (DT EA) entered 84th day while chain hunger strike entered 57th day in support of their demands to constitute a public board for all temples under Dharmarth Trust.
Striking employees continued Ganesh Puja which entered the second day in which Pujaris also participated.
The employees association strongly condemned the statement given by the President Dharmarth Trust, Ajay Gandotra against Pujaris, in which he said that Pujaris eat ration of trust.
They said that Gandotra’s statement is condemnable as the ‘Prasad’ offer to the God and after that Pujaris eat that ‘Navid’ and this is the long process and nobody even previous management did not count this. The association also warned President and Secretary of Dharmarth Trust to stop issuing transfer order of any employees of trust as both the trust members are the disputed management and beware of using colourable power to victimized and harassed the striking employees to crush the peace full agitation and during the agitation such type of orders shall not be tolerated at any cost. The persons who sat on hunger strike today include Rajesh Kumar, Pushp Raj, Dalbir Singh, Pt Sahil, Swarn Singh, Yash pal, Parma, Pt Bodh Raj, Mangat Ram and Pt. Suresh Sharma.
Others present during the protest included Ex-president Thakur Kernail Chand, Ex-General Secretary Pritam Sharma, Sunit Sharma, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Subash, Pt Parshotam, Pt Brijmohan Sharma, Pt Om Parkash, Pt Rampal, Pt Balwant Shastri, Vimal Khajuria, Sat Paul, Pawan, Deepu, Rinku, Makhnu, Jivan, Bushan, Sonali, Renu, Anju, Sheetal, Sonika, Sukeshni, Rita Salathia, Rekha, Ritu Devi, Harbans Lal, Surjeet Singh Slathia, Parshotam Sharma, Ram Paul Sharma, Jagjeet Chand, Sahil Sharma, Pt Babu Bishambar Lal, Raj Kumari, Leela Devi, Sheetal, Ritu Rajput, Jyoti, Sheela Devi, Savita Jamwal, Kanchan, Rajni, Shobha, Nisha and Sonika.
