Dharmarth Trust employees warn to move towards Jantar Mantar

Accusing the J&K government of “betraying” them, the Dharmarth Trust employees, who are on protest for the last 102 days and Chain hunger strike for the last 75 days, today called for moving towards at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi to press its demand for constituting Board for the all the temples of Dharmarth Trust on the pattern of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
After calling protest for three-day on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the executive body meeting was held on Friday under the President of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association, Vivek Bandral to review next programme of action in support of long pending demands for constitute of Board of all temples under Dharmarth trust.
In the meeting all the members in one voice decided that they will March towards Delhi and protest at Jantar Mantar if U T Government failed to resolve their demands.
It is also decided that the striking employees shall intensify trade union action against trust management demanding CBI enquiry for all scandals.
The association also appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to protect corrupt trustees of Dharmarth Trust who sold temples land to non Hindus in Kashmir Division and Jammu region.
The association also decided that on the eve of Mahashivratri festival the employees association on peaceful chain hunger strike and Karsewa, now from tomorrow employees will start aggressive agitation.
Those who sit on chain hunger strike today include Pt. Rakesh Giri, Pt. Deep Kumar, Mangat Ram, Pt. Sahil Sharma, Makhan, Pt. Naresh Sharma, Pt. Sunit Kumar, Pt Subash Chander, Rinku and Pt Jeeven Lal.
