The protest was in support of J&K Bank aspirants, revoke of SRO 202, regularization of contractual lecturers, NHM employees, daily wagers of all departments PHE, PDD, PWD and aganwadi workers.
Addressing the protesters Sunil Dimple alleged the Governor administration is playing with the future of the educated youths of the state and particularly the Jammu region.
Dimple alleged the Governors Govt orders to ban on the engagement of casual, seasonal, adhoc, consolidated, contractual, need based, daily reted workers etc is anti youth policy of the state Govt. at time when the Narinder Modi has made commitments with the youths of the state of the employment policy.

He warned the Govt to immediately withdraw this Bam other wise we will start the state wide agitation against the Govt.
He demanded governor satypal malik to satisfy the J&K Bank aspirants, revoke of SRO 202, regularization of contractual lecturers, NHM employees, daily wagers of all departments PHE, PDD, PWD and aganwadi workers.
Sunil Dimple out Rightly rejected the announcement made by the J&K BANK chairman Parvez Ahmad of 40% cutoff.
He termed 40% cut off is simply an Eye wash. He appealed J&K Banks PO, aspirants not to get misled, this is a big conspiracy with the Jammu region youths and a mockery with the youths for which they will have to repent later on.
He said the recruitment of J&K BANK should be on State basis and not district basis. The recruitment of Clerks should also be made on state basis.
He said The selection of candidates on district basis leading to compromise on quality will be detrimental to the business of Bank.
In order to fulfill the need of staff in all districts the selected should be preferably posted in their home district as Nationalized bank post the candidates in their home state.
Dimple said the state BJP the Leaders had back stabbed the Jammu region youths , responsible for the termination of NHM , contractual lucturers, BJP back stabbed daily wagers, anganwadi workers and did nothing for the youths of the state in spite of their Govt in the center.
He said the Governors Govt have made Slaves, to youths recruited under the SRO 202 and the Governors govt is also not ready to heed, respond their plight.
He demanded the Revocation of the SRO 202.
He alleged the Governor administration, SSRB, PSC, j&k bank has darkened the future of the Contractual lucturars, NHM employees, daily wagers of all departments, aganwari workers, multipurpose workers, Drs, Engs and the educated youths of our state.
Dimple said in the last five years both the central and three years BJP govts badly discriminated and betrayed the youths of the Jammu Region in the field of employment, sports and employment sector.
He urged upon the Governor Satypal Malik, to Immediately Revoke the SRO 202 and immediately regularize the youths recruited under the SRO 202 and Regularize the Twenty two thousands youths recruited under the draconian SRO 202.
He said in jammu region and in jammu district, no play grounds and stadium are being developed by the sports council, for the youths to compete the national and international level players.
Sunil Dimple alleged that no youths recruited under the SRO sports policy by J&K sports Council.
He accused the corers of rupees funds came to the state J&K sports council, but the J&K sports council discriminated the jammu region in the field of sports, failed to train the youths and in development of the infrastructure, play grounds, stadiums for the youths of the jammu region and in the winter capital jammu city.
Dimple said these Indoor and outdoor stadiums were to be constructed in substitute to the MAM stadium. But at present these stadiums are no where visible in near future.
