A team comprising of members appointed by the Mission Director NHM J&K, led by Dr. Ila Gupta, AD Schemes DHS Jammu, along with Dr. Sharpi Sharma, APM NHM, and Mrigya Bakshi, Consultant NIPI, conducted an on-site visit to AAM PHC Dhaggar, AAM Bhullari, and AAM Backon Block Bani to assess the impact of Ayushman Arogya Mandirs in the region.
Dr. Dev Raj Mishra, Block Medical Officer Bani, DMEO Kathua Mr. Deep Kumar Sharma, and BM&EO Bani Mr. Jhalk Raina also accompanied the team. The team meticulously examined all relevant indicators outlined in the institutional checklist, ensuring a thorough assessment of each facility’s performance. Utilizing the latest technology, the team promptly uploaded on-the-spot assessment reports via the ODK app, enabling real-time data transmission and analysis.
In addition to the assessment, the team took proactive steps to address the concerns and grievances voiced by the dedicated staff members. Assurances were provided for the timely redressal of these issues by the competent higher authorities, demonstrating a commitment to fostering a supportive and responsive healthcare environment.
Dr. Ila Gupta emphasized the importance of such evaluations in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services across the region.
