Asserting that the Jammu and Kashmir is on the path of the development, the former Health Minister and senior Bhartiya Janta Party leader Bali Bhagat said that the BJP led Central Government has launched several flagship schemes including Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) SEHAT scheme in the general interest of common masses.
Addressing the gathering at a programme organised by BJP OBC morcha and BJP Muthi-Paloura Mandal, former minister said the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is committed to improve the standard of living of people.
“Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed unprecedented growth and the same will continue in near future also,” he said while addressing the gathering.
Highlighting the benefits of the scheme, Senior BJP Leader Bali Baghat said that under the SEHAT scheme, people of Jammu and Kashmir will be able to avail free medical facilities up to Rs 5 lakh. He asked people to avail benefits of Central Sponsored Schemes (CSS) launched by the government led by PM Modi government for the welfare of people.
On the occasion, Bali Baghat distributed more than 100 Ayushman Bharat cards to beneficiaries of Jammu Municipal Corporation ward No 59, Paloura.
The former minister assured that the left out people will be covered in all the wards of Raipur Domana Constituency at the earliest.
District President OBC Morcha Shamsher Kumar Prajapati, BJP Mandal Pradhan Suresh Kumar Khajuria and senior BJP leader Joginder Singh Chib also addressed the gathering.
Later, a new garments shop was also inaugurated today in Bhagat Mohalla Paloura. He complemented the proprietor of the showroom for opening the facility which will generate employment for others also.
