The students and scholars of Jammu University led by former JURSEA President and Zonal Secretary J&K National Conference, Dr. Vikas Sharma celebrated the formation of NC Government in Jammu and Kashmir with Jenab Omar Abdullah as its Chief Minister, who along with six ministers took oath of the office in Srinagar today.NC Provincial Joint Secretary, Ankush Abrol was the chief guest of the programme. To celebrate the occasion, “Halwa” was distributed among the students, scholars and varsity staff. In his address, Abrol congratulated all for getting a democratically elected government in J&K after a gap of 10 years. He exuded confidence that NC government would fulfill all its poll promises very shortly to bring succour to the masses especially youth.He further said that only NC government can bring peace and prosperity in both the regions with its pro-people policies.Also speaking, Dr Vikas Sharma congratulated the youth on govt formation under the Chief Ministership of Jb. Omar Abdullah. “Our party had promised one lakh govt jobs and I am hopeful that very shortly it would be fulfilled. Youth have very high expectations from Jb.
