The District Administration Doda, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, convened a crucial meeting to finalize arrangements for the Screening and Aptitude Test (Stage-III) for the recruitment of 159 INF BN (TA) (H&H) Dogra.
The recruitment process is scheduled to take place at Chinta from 18 to 22 February 2025. The meeting was attended by senior officials from the administration, security forces, health, education, and infrastructure departments, focusing on ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
During the meeting, discussions were held on security arrangements, medical facilities, traffic management, and logistical support. The Deputy Commissioner directed the Police and Territorial Army to implement strict security measures, including crowd control and candidate verification, to maintain law and order.
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) was instructed to deploy medical teams, ambulances, and first aid stations at the venue to address any health emergencies. Additionally, the PWD (R&B) and Jal Shakti Department were tasked with ensuring drinking water availability, sanitation facilities, and road maintenance leading to the recruitment site. The Army officers from Dogra BN informed that the stage 3 is the last event in the recruitment process. The meeting discussed and finalized the preparations for the provision of drinking water, parking, medical facilities, sanitation facilities, traffic management and police assistance for crowd management. The meeting concluded with a commitment from all stakeholders to work in close coordination to facilitate a fair, transparent, and efficient recruitment process. Special arrangements will be made for candidates traveling from remote areas to ensure they face no inconvenience during the re cruitment drive.
