Death toll in the Delhi violence has now gone up to 42. The Health Department has confirmed 4 more deaths on Friday
The death toll was 38 till Thursday and among them are an Intelligence Bureau jawan and a Delhi Police head constable. Violent clashes broke out in northeast Delhi on Sunday evening that continued for 2 days before the rampaging mobs could be controlled.
The workers of DOGRA FRONT & SHIV SENA under the leadership of President Mr ASHOK GUPTA took out a massive protest rally in Jammu city against the SHAHEEN BAGH blaming it for the deaths of 42 people as that it where from it all started.
He stated that even after the continuous intervention of Supreme Court the people who are sitting at Shaheen Bagh protest claiming they want to save the constitution doesn’t abide by the apex court of the constitution.
42 people have been killed and over 200 injured in the communal clashes that broke out in northeast Delhi three days ago after violence between anti and pro Citizenship (Amendment) Act groups spiralled out of control.
Frenzied mobs torched houses, shops, vehicles, a petrol pump and pelted stones at locals and police personnel. Jaffrabad, Maujpur, Babarpur, Yamuna Vihar, Bhajanpura, Chand Bagh and Shiv Vihar are among the areas mainly affected by the riots.
He further stated that this thinking of SHAHEEN BAGH is the thinking of Jinnah where Hindus were butchered. The mob of Shaheen Bagh has been demanding Azadi.
In an appeal to the Home Minister Amit Shah, Mr Gupta demanded that the Shaheen BAGH dharna should be pulled off and the road should be cleared, those responsible for the deaths should be bought to justice. The court tired to negotiate with these Shaheen Bagh people and as expected no result came out, the fire lighted by the Shaheen Bagh protest has burned the north east delhi.
At last Mr ASHOK GUPTA demanded that the people in Shaheen Bagh should be booked under IPC 302 as they are the ones responsible for theses 42 deaths and the dharna should be removed as soon as possible. If the action is not taken than there is an chance that delhi might again burn as the 1984 riots.
The party people who were present at the time of Protest were Bantu, Prem, Kalu, Manu, Rajeev, Bhola, Dhanatar, Naresh, Abhishek and various others were present.
