Union MoS Dr. Jitendra Singh, J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina, Dr. Deepankar Sen Gupta, JMC Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta, President Jammu Chamber of Commerce Arun Gupta and other speakers highlighted importance of Annual Budget presented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Union Government in a “Public Outreach Meet on Visionary Budget 2021-22” held at BJP headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
Programme was attended by the prominent intellectual personalities from Civil Society of Jammu involving Trade and Industry Bodies, Doctors, CAs, Advocates, Academicians and others.
J&K BJP General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul, General Secretary Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, former Minister Priya Sethi, BJP Chief Spokesperson Adv. Sunil Sethi, former MLC Vikram Randhawa, Dy. Mayor JMC Adv. Purnima Sharma and other senior leaders were also present in the programme.
Ravinder Raina said that the Modi government has fulfilled the dire requirements of Post-Covid period in this budget. He said that this budget has shown us the perfect fund management and talked of the Gas pipeline and other measures. He said that while the residents of developed Nations of the world suffered badly during the Corona Pandemic, India thrived through the most agonizing period with patience and witnessing examples of thorough management of everything. This budget has again shown us the reformatory vision of Modi government; he said and added that the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas, Sabka Vishwaas” has been maintained with a vision on the future.
Dr. Jitendra Singh termed the Union Budget as the vision document for the future. He said that this year was beyond economy only and has given impetus on the need to study “Economic Behavior of Society”. He said that PM Modi has taught us how to convert adversity into opportunity and the Covid Lockdown period served as the Training period for us. He said that we have transformed ourselves from the importers of PPE kits to exporters of Covid Vaccination. He termed the “AtmaNirbhar Packages 1 & 2 as the mini budgets precursor to this main budget combating the ill effects of Covid Lockdown and the revival of Indian economy to new heights in Post-Covid period.
Dr. Deepankar Sen Gupta presented a detailed insight of Budget before the intellectual audiences seated in the Auditorium of BJP headquarter. He said that the economy was locked down and it was not slowed down and so the actions for the revival needed altogether different approach which has been beautifully envisioned by the Modi govt. in the series of economic packages which have culminated in this annual budget. He said that this budget is focused on the Post Covid implications and revival of the market with due emphasis on the Covid vaccination. He also laid importance on the promotion of AtmaNirbhar theme through this budget and said that the major points in this budget in relation to the distribution of power for Industry, infrastructure development, the maintained balance between the demand and supply and the investment in futuristic projects has made the market happy survivor.
