Dr.M.L.Dogra , an Indian theatre / multifaceted personality and scholar, of Jammu and Kashmir ,UT known for bringing creative Dogri and Hindi theatre Musical plays internationally was honored with “RASHTRIYA PRATIBHA SAMMAN-2023” for his outstanding tremendous contribution in Performing art and Education along with 200 international dignitaries by the Chief Guest Ms.Sudha Chandran , Famous Bollywood actress an Indian Bharatnatyam Dancer and Films and countless awardees National & International Awardee at Teen Murti Bhavan, New Delhi India along with Mr. Ishwar Kishan Lal Agarwal, Chairman Srimati Narayandevi Agarwal charitable trust, Swami Virendranand Maharaj, Mahamandleshwar Sri Panchdash Naam Juna Akhada, Swami Rajeshwranand Maharaj, Chairman Shree Rajmata Jhadewala Mandir Samuh, Shri Sonam Yonden , head monk, Thrangu vajra vidya institute ,Sarnath, Dr.Karthik Ramesh, CEO of Sentinel AI ML Labs , Global Innovation leader, Dr. Pushpendra Pratap Singh , County Head – Asia Shiping,Mr. Pavel Garg, Chairman – Combitic pharmaceuticals were Guest of Honor. He has created over three dozen Dance drama spectacles which really represent the ethos, aspirations of the society and started a weekend two shows called Saturday musical Play and Friday Music Concerts,and reflected in the Regional,National papers,Radio and Doordarshan and social media.In his 50 years contribution to theatre he has written more than 300 lyrical Plays, many Books, many Articles for newspapers on Cultural Heritage of India and more than 2000 Songs p& recorded in Dogri and Hindi languages and videos uploaded on YouTube,Social media at present more than 3000 performances in his credit.He has contributed a lot in awakening civil society by organizing Social awareness Campaigns on Govt. Programmes policies and given plethora of opportunities to the young in the field of art & Culture exclusively. He is also running Music center of Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith, Lucknow Gharana and Computer Institute for various subjects (under NationalUrban Rural Computer Mission) launched by the Prime Minister of India, Sh.Narinder Modi Ji. Every year more than 100 students learning free Hindustani Classical music and Computer education.
