Dr Mengi takes over as President IDA

JAMMU, FEB 12:
Dr.Rajiv Mengi has taken over as new president of Indian Dental Association (IDA) in a well attended Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) at Jammu.
Dr.Mengi has done his BDS from Oxford Dental College and MDS from DY.Patil School of Dentistry, Maharashtra in Oral and Maxillofacial pathology in the year 2010.
He has served IDA Jammu as vice president and treasurer. He had worked in Institute of Dental Sciences, Sehora for 6 years before his appointment in J&K Govt. as consultant dental surgeon at CHC Jorian. Dr.Mengi also runs a private practice at Sainik Colony, Jammu.
Dr.Nipun Gupta has been elected as vice president while Dr.Kunal Vuthoo is the new treasurer of the association.
Dr.Mengi appreciated the efforts of outgoing president, Dr.Gautam Sharma, in building IDA here, conducting awareness programmes and his contributions in organising dental checkup camps specially for poor and underpriveledged.
Dr.Bhupinder Singh, secretary IDA, congratulated the new team of Indian Dental Association, Jammu.
